When will my order arrive?
These are our usual shipping times! Please note that during busy season, shipping times might be longer!
Singapore: 3 - 5 days
Malaysia & Indonesia: 5 - 7 days
US: 10 - 15 days
UK: 7 - 10 days
Europe: 8 - 12 days
Australia: 7 - 10 days
Can I request a gift wrap?
Our gifts are already packed in nice plastic wrap, and delivered to you with proper protection. We apologize that we cannot assist you with a gift wrapper as it might tear on the way!
What if my order does not arrive?
Not to worry! We will assist you in checking with our courier and will refund you if it never reached you :)
