Orders pending payment will only be sent out when payment has been made.
What are the available payment methods?
- Aside from credit card and PayPayl, we also offer various QR code payment methods at checkout. If you are facing problems with making payments, please contact us at hello@parablesgifts.com.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Local orders will be sent out from our office within 2 - 3 business days, and arrive within 3 - 5 business days. Overseas orders are sent directly from our warehouse in China.
What qualifies for free shipping?
- Order S$50.00 or more, and it will be free of charge!
- It will be sent via a courier with tracking capabilities.
- We reserve the right to choose shipping method on qualifying orders
Is there self collection?
- Self collection is available! Our self pickup location is at 14 Arumugam Road, LTC Building C, #03-02. You can come to collect anytime after you receive the notification. It will be left outside the unit in a box with a Parables Gifts sign!
What countries do you ship to?
- We ship to everyone in the world! If you are unsure, please send an email to hello@parablesgifts.com!
Can you deliver at a specific time?
- Sorry, we cannot - you should select self collection if you need it at a specific date and time!
Can you wrap it as a gift?
Sorry we don't do special gift wrapping! If you are getting an item for a gift, do send it to yourself first before blessing others with it :)

What is Parables Return Policy?
- We want gifts to be meaningful and satisfactory, if you have any issues with your purchase we will give you a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Unfortunately, you will be required to bear the cost of the return shipping. No returns are accepted after 30 days of the ship date. International orders will be issued full credit.

When will an item be restocked?
